Frequently asked questions about Proactol
This is good for several reasons:
- The fat is absorbed. Up to 27% of the fat you have eaten sticks to the jelly before the body absorbs it. Therefore the body gets less calories.
- The appetite is suppressed. It’s been proven that viscous food makes you feel full for longer. As an example: if you eat a potato and drink a glass of water, the water goes straight through the stomach and you soon become hungry again. However, if you mix the potato and water to mash, it stays longer in the stomach and you feel full longer.
- The Glycemic Index is lowered and you get less cravings for sugar. Since the stomach content becomes thicker, the body won’t process the carbohydrates as quickly, meaning a slower surge of your blood sugar levels.
- The cholesterol (LDL) is reduced by up to 10% according to some studies.
- Test tube studies have shown that approximately 27% of the fatty acids are encapsulated by the jelly and therefore cannot be processed by the body.
- A clinical study has shown that the amount of fat leaving with the faeces is increased by 27%.
- A longer clinical study of metabolic syndrome using NeOpuntia showed that the harmful cholesterol (LDL) was reduced and the good cholesterol (HDL) increased. When the study finished, 40% of the test group who had used NeOpuntia had been cured of their metabolic syndrome, compared to only 8% of the placebo group.
Popular pills increasing the fat burning processes are
– the more gentle: Lepigen X-strong and H.O.P.E,
– the more powerful (containing synephrine): Lepigen Superstrong,
– and the more long-term (containing wakame): Termoloss and Zenjaki (not sold in the UK at the moment).
There are also diet pills that block fat, or at least ensure the body cannot use all of it. These are: Proactol, Lipobind and H.O.P.E.
The third type of pills lower the Glycemic Index of the food. These are: DEcarb.
There are also diet pills (and patches) that suppress appetite, Hoodia Patch (Evolution), as well as those transforming fat into muscle, Evolution CLA.
The last type of diet pills cleanse the body through detox, and in that group we have 30 days.
Since Proactol absorbs fat, it also absorbs vitamins that are fat-soluble. Therefore you shouldn’t take Proactol within two hours after eating supplements of the vitamins A, D, E and K or the fatty acid Omega-3.
Children under the age of 12, women that are pregnant or breast feeding and those with a BMI under 18.5 should never take diet pills.
If you are taking prescription drugs or have kidney problems, you should discuss it with your doctor before using Proactol.
- The active substance of Proactol is a natural preperation made ecologically without chemicals or additives.
- Proactol is one of the ways to lose weight that doesn’t demand any changes in life-style, neither diet nor exercise. Since you can continue to eat normally you won’t get the side-effects which might occur with more demanding diets, such as dizziness, nausea and headache.
- Loose stool is a possible side-effect of Proactol.
- To live healthily, eat well and exercise is something you should try and achieve, not only to lose weight quickly. The disadvantage of a diet pill like Proactol is that it’s a short cut and you lose the positive “side-effects” you get from more demanding ways of losing weight, like a healthier lifestyle.
Dieting with Proactol increases the chances of food deficiencies. You should therefore combine your Proactol dieting with an effective multivitamin pill.
